Lemon: Rojo (Red)

Medium-to-large lemons with a thick rind and sunken pores. The peel is green when young, but they mature into a yellow with red-blushed skin, similar to a blood orange. Some even go completely red. Red lemons are aromatic and the flesh is sweeter and less acidic than yellow lemons.
