Red Pippin, also known as Fiesta, is a cross between a Cox Orange Pippin and an Idared apple, meaning it can store longer than a Cox apple. It has lovely crisp white flesh and its flavour has some of the complexity of a Cox Pippin, but is sweeter with good acidity. It is quite juicy so is perfect for juicing.
We've been enjoying really fresh organic fruit and veg from Bridgefoot for a few years now. It's direct from the farmers so we get to taste what is in season and even fruit and vegetables that you don't normally see at the supermarket.
