With Christmas just around the corner, there will be special changes to our deliveries between 15th–19th December. Whether you're a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly customer, we've got festive options for you. See below for everything you need to know and to see the expected box contents. Please get in touch if you need any clarification.

Key dates

Here are a few key dates to keep in mind:

🎄 Last orders – Wednesday 10th December (10am)
🚚 Final deliveries – Friday 19th December
🎁 We’re taking a festive break – Closed from 20th December to 4th January (we take no new orders while closed)
📦 Normal deliveries resume – Monday 5th January
❄️ New orders - For delivery week beginning 5th January, please place your orders by 19th December 2025.

🎁 What’s changing

  • Normal set boxes e.g. large veg box, will be suspended. Instead, you’ll receive our one-size Christmas Special Veg Box (£40) and/or Christmas Special Fruit Box (£32).
  • These boxes are packed with everything you need for Christmas and extra fruit for the festive season. See below for contents.
  • An Advance Order tab will appear on your dashboard on 1st December, allowing you to add items further in advance, and it won't interfere with your regular delivery.

If your regular delivery falls outside this week (for example, fortnightly or monthly customers), you’ll still have the chance to make a one-off Christmas order through the Advance Order tab. This won’t affect your usual schedule.

🥦 Your options

1️⃣ Pause your box – skip delivery that week OR
2️⃣ Pick your own – pause your usual box and create your own via a ‘Pick Your Own’ box OR
3️⃣ Do nothing – we will send you the Christmas version of your box(es) instead of your usual ones.
4️⃣ If choosing options 2 or 3, you can add extra goodies – once the Advance Order section opens, you can add extras.
