Fancy switching things up or adding some extra goodies to your box? You need to make changes 7-9 days in advance, depending on your delivery day. This means you've got until 10am on Wednesday (for the following week's boxes) to pause or customise your order seamlessly on our website.
Example: Your box is due for delivery between Wednesday 25th June to Friday 27th June. The deadline for changes is 10am Wednesday 18th June, regardless of your delivery day.
After the 10am deadline passes (excluding delivery week), just pop an email to the office and we'll do our best to make it work for you!
The week your box is due: pausing your box will come with a full charge. We kindly suggest you donate your box to someone in need if you find you need to cancel past this point.
If you need to pop your box on hold after the deadline and we've specially ordered top-up extras for you, we will charge a small admin fee as well as recovery of costs relating to products that have been prepared specifically for your order. Drop us a line for further information.
Due to the small-scale nature of the growers of our products, we need to order in advance, and are unable to guarantee acceptance of order cancellations once we've placed orders with our suppliers.
While you can pause your box up to Monday of delivery week, we require 2 weeks' notice to cancel subscriptions.
We want to bring the best organic produce to your doorstep, but nature is unpredictable, so make sure to check your box upon arrival. If there are any hiccoughs, just drop us a line right away on the day you receive your box - some issues need swift attention - but we're here to ensure your organic experience is as smooth as possible.
Upon getting in touch, we will offer you a replacement, in the first instance, or a credit can be applied to your account for the value of the problem item.
Unfortunately, we cannot process a credits/refunds for items reported days or weeks after delivery, as we face time restrictions for recovering costs from our suppliers, so acting immediately is of the utmost importance.
Regarding the weight of your items – Mother Nature is fickle and we do our best to estimate, but veggies come in all shapes and sizes, so even if some items may be a little under weight, we do promise that your box will always be bursting with value. We'll make sure you're getting the full value of your box.
We do our best to supply all items that you request, but due to the unpredictable nature of farming, it's not always possible to do so. There are many reasons items won't arrive, such as weather damage, wildlife damage, disease, non-arrival from our local partners, or quality issues. As a result, we cannot guarantee any item. In such cases, we will get in touch where possible to let you know, and an alternative will be given if it's a similar item. If we cannot offer an alternative, a credit will be applied to your account. If you have only placed a one-off order, we will refund you.
We want to make sure every delivery is a success! To do this, ensure our drivers can reach your address, or have a chat with us to set up a safe drop-off spot. If they can't leave the box, it'll make it's way back to us, and re-delivery won't be possible.

Send us an email with the 'three words', and this will help prevent your box being delivered to the wrong house!
Make sure to pick your box up on the designated delivery day, and get in touch with the drop site host if you're having any problems or may be late. It's at their discretion as to whether or not they can accommodate late-pickups. Customers that miss the specified pickup time are not eligible for credits. Our hosts donate leftover boxes to ensure that no food is wasted.
We strive to keep all information on our website accurate. However, produce prices may vary after you place your order, as they are initially based on estimates. Prices are adjusted accordingly every Tuesday, after the produce arrives. This means the price of the items in your box may change from when you originally ordered. If prices increase, we will recover the difference, and if they decrease, we will credit your account accordingly.
