Golden Beetroot has a more subtle flavour than normal red beetroot, making for a great garnish with its vibrant golden shine. A simple but delicious serving suggestion is to roast the beetroot and toss into a salad with a miso and maple mustard vinaigrette. The leaves are delicious too just wilted down in a pan with lemon juice, butter (or substitute) and well seasoned.
