
A firm favourite nowadays, this locally grown black kale is dense in nutrients with a lovely sweet flavour and is ideal in many types of dishes. Due to its nutrient content, eating this raw is a great way to consume it.
Strip the kale from its stalks and chop the leaves, put them in a bowl and add a dash of sesame oil and a dash of soy sauce. Massage the kale until it wilts and softens. This is wonderful on top of seasoned mashed avocado and toast.
