
Jersey Royal potatoes are highly prized for their sweet and nutty, with paper-thin skin and waxy, cream-white flesh. They’re grown exclusively by a small group of growers in Jersey; the island’s unique microclimate creates the perfect conditions for this special spring spud to flourish. A whole year’s care goes into growing them, but the season is all too brief.
