Fresh organic spinach. Eat raw in salads or cook in stir-fries, curries and stews. The flavour is unmistakeable but you have to be careful not to overcook it, or the nutrients will be destroyed. It is best added last once your dish is cooked, unless following a recipe, so that the leaves wilt instead. Due to its nutrient content and lack of flavour raw, spinach is perfect in smoothies too.
