Ingredients

1 courgette, sliced thinly
hummus
feta cheese, crumbled
sunflower seeds, lightly toasted

Spread hummus over the top of the pizza base. Arrange courgette slices and crumble feta cheese all over. Sprinkle sunflower seeds over the top to finish. Bake for about 10 minutes at 175 or until the base is cooked to your liking. Alternatively, you could pop the pizza under the grill; watch it carefully.
