Honey Sweetened Orange Marmalade

by DIY Natural

Ingredients

8 large organic oranges,
washed and dried
1 to 1.5 cups honey

Directions

Peel the orange zest from the oranges. Slice zest into thin strips and place them into a large saucepan. Peel remaining white pith from the oranges and discard. Chop up and place them in the saucepan. Add the honey to the pan, then bring to a boil, stirring often to distribute juices. Boil for 45 minutes to an hour, stirring often, until the marmalade has thickened. Once marmalade reaches a good, thick consistency, spoon it into clean jars. Refrigerate for 2 weeks or freeze for up to 6 months. Enjoy spread on warm toast!

The vegetables are fresh and mainly local and delivery is reliable. I've been using Bridgefoot Organic for over 20 years. Very happy with the service and produce. I was especially grateful at the beginning of the 1st lockdown. Thank you!
