An Organic Strong Bread Flour milled on the farm at Mungoswells from a Class 1 Organic bread milling variety called Mulika which is grown right there at their farm in East Lothian, Scotland. The flour can be used both to make bread by hand in the oven or in bread machines, both giving great results.
The variety of veg in my first delivery was great despite only ordering a "small" box. Additionally, the help provided when setting up a regular order was excellent. Highly recommend this.
